The Hull Shield HD1 and HD4 (formerly named the HD100) require 12V for power.  Any boat with a 24V system can use Hull Shield with this recommended 24V to 12V converter.  This converter can power up to 3 Hull Shield HD100's or 12 HD1's -- sufficient for most installations up to 100+ feet!
